Our employee clearly informed Mr Bartholomew that there was a cut, not a scratch. The injury was never denied as Mr. Bartholomew claims.
We do not tolerate the abuse of our employees, nor do we disclose private information regarding our clients' pets.
One of our owners, Brian Herman, reached out to Mr. Bartholomew to try and rectify the situation. However, after being told that we did not appreciate the way he spoke to our staff, Mr. Bartholomew hung up on us. We were unable to discuss any vet reimbursement or refunds as a result.
